Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIntroduce students to the basic rules, techniques, and gameplay of pickleball, emphasizing safety, fun, and engagement.
By the end of this lesson, players should be able to:
Demonstrate a proper grip and basic strokes.
Serve correctly and understand the 2-bounce rule. Understand the layout of the court and basic rules. Play a short rally or game
Lesson 2-3Reinforce basic strokes and rules, introduce dinking, volleys, and court positioning, and increase confidence through controlled gameplay.
Learning Goals by End of Lesson 2-3:
Perform consistent dinks and volleys
Understand movement as a doubles team
Serve and return with intent and direction
Play short games with proper rules and basic strategy

What I can bringI have everything needed for a lesson. Sometimes I bring just pickleballs, sometimes I bring a ball machine, sometimes I bring the top spin pro... It all depends on what level I’m teaching and what we are working on.
