Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIn case you never have tried any racket sports we would work on eye hand coordination and get introduced to the sport
Lesson 11+Depending on each students progression after 10+ lessons we would try to develop good habits on the court under pressure in order to be able to eliminate unforced errors and start building advanced mechanics.
Lesson 4-10Be proficient with all the rules , understand the general strategy of the game , develop fundamental shots in order to be able to have fun on the courts!
Lesson 2-3At this point we would have gone over the rules and built a certain level of confidence with our shots
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonIntroduce student to mock up drills in order to assess current level , mechanics and strategies
Lesson 11+At 10+ lessons there will be a solid foundation created where we have achieved significant improvement and comfortability on the court and set our selves up for the next level!
Lesson 4-10In depth understanding of students strengths and weaknesses and come up with a drill plans in order to brake bad habits and develop good shot selection in order to surpass current level by 0.5+!
Lesson 2-3Go over advanced strategies and introduce mechanics in order to achieve high success shots and start learning way to eliminate unforced errors
What you need to bringPlease remember to wear comfy athletic clothes and preferably tennis shoes. I will provide the rest of the equipment such as pickleballs and good professional paddles!
