Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIf you’ve never played we will start with the basics. Dinking, serving, scoring. We will warm up with dinking every lesson.
What you need to bringPlease bring your paddle if you have one, comfortable clothes for moving in and plenty of water.
What I can bringI have a training paddle you are welcome to practice with as well as a top spin pro if top spin is something you are wanting to work on. I have extra paddles also if you’re a beginner and don’t have your own.
