Your first lessonWe take things extremely slow! We’ll work on how to properly set up the instrument and make a proper embouchure to get a good sound!
Lesson 2-3Once we get a proper sound on the instrument, we will focus more on adding notes and getting comfortable moving around on the instrument.
Lesson 4-10From here on, it’s all about proper articulation and continuing to sound great on the horn while also beginning to look at repertoire
What you need to bringAll equipment required to be successful on the instrument. This includes mouthpiece, ligature, reeds, the horn itself, and repertoire that was mentioned in a prior lesson
What I can bringI’ll bring a music stand if needed! For first time students, I’ll also bring repertoire to look at.
