Your first lessonI ask you certain questions about your goals and ambitions and we start to build a lesson plan . We will also go through the mechanics that includes warm ups and strength building exercises. Breath control and what that really means . Determine your level is also a huge part of what comes next for your lessons Drums - We'll discuss the 4 ways to grip the sticks and determine what works best for you. Learn stick control , Get into where the fulcrum is and how yo use it - Very basic rudiments ( But this all depends on your level as does all the following lessons )
Lesson 11+Vocals : Getting into songwriting. Using lyrics to express yourself - Advanced techniques and mind sets Prepare for your first performance at one of my concerts! Drums- Get into Composition . Using the drum set ad a writing tool . Jamming together with me on bass or guitar - your first performance opportunity at one of my concerts
Lesson 4-10Vocals: critique your performances of songs, get further into techniques and exercises that work best with those styles . Get into basic theory on the piano as well Drums: - Start working on fills and the important of Groove. Find professional drummers that you love, apply mote reading to the drum set. Start building drum solos , & Choosing full songs to play
Lesson 2-3Vocals: We will determine your vocal range, concentrate on what styles you like, get into more advanced exercises and start to pick songs to work on Drums- We'll get into basic reading of drum notes , determine what styles you are most interested in playing and studying. We'll start applying rudiments to the drum pad and to the drum set

Working with kidsIt is pretty much the same as the first lessons I stated earlier for all ages Only difference with kids is we add games and start slowly , one step at a time . And we make it super fun and engaging to keep their attention
Working with teenagersHelp them to figure out what their goals are and what they really want to do with this new knowledge. But keep it fun and interesting
