Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will be going over the basics of how to kick a ball the right way, trapping the ball, and controlling it. We will be working with cones for this and doing a little bit of conditioning everyday!
Lesson 11+The outcome will make you and I happy! You should and will be able to get things on your own and you’ll definitely adapt to how you’re comfortable playing the game!! As we progress we will get more advanced with everything as time goes by.
Lesson 4-10Now we will be working with the goal and where to shoot at the goal. By this your conditioning and ball work will be way better, remember practice makes perfect!
Lesson 2-3Next we will be learning to dribble the ball with learning new foot work skills. Same thing working with the cones and i will be brining out the ladder.
