To whom it may concern, It is our pleasure to recommend Adrian Flores for any coaching position. During the past two years he has been coaching several teams within the Rye Brook Soccer Club Program. More specifically, we have had the opportunity of working with him when coaching our sons (both born in 2014) during the past two years. The first of these two years we met him as parents and during last year we were the assistant coaches of the team (Rye Brook Riptide) During the past two years, Adrian has been able to develop soccer skills in all the players independently of their starting skill level. On top of them, their ability to play as a team has greatly improved during his two-year tenure. We finished second in our fall league and thus promoted to a tougher division for the spring season. We have just finished this 2024 Spring season with a winning record (5-4) even though we had to face tougher teams. Perhaps more important than the results themselves, Adrian has been pivotal in keeping a great atmosphere in the team. All the kids were happy to attend the practices and showed great sportsmanship and team working abilities. Adrian always transmitted to the kids the importance of sport values and the kids really liked being coached by him. Finally, Adrian showed up to all the team events such as team parties outside of practices and games taking time from his personal time. He always showed an outstanding commitment to the team, going above and beyond what we would have been expected. For all these reasons, we would strongly recommend Adrian to any soccer structure developing young players.
