Beginner training plan
Your first trainingI start by doing basic soccer drills/activities with the students to assess their skills and abilities around the soccer ball.
Training 2-3Since I have study their strengths and weaknesses on the first lesson. I bring a tailor session of drills and activities to the students on there next lessons that will help improve both their strengths and weaknesses to elevate them to the next level.
Training 4-10Once we are at the next level my new lessons for the students are all about speed , performance, precision, accuracy, and acceleration with the soccer ball.
Training 11+Since we have worked a lot on developing the students physical strengths around the soccer ball on the previous lessons after this the next lessons, is all about evolving from a regular soccer player to an elite soccer player and here is where I work on improving the students soccer IQ and mental strength with master class soccer training sessions.
Advanced training plan
Your first trainingSoccer drills that will help me assess the students strengths and weaknesses around the soccer ball.
Training 2-3Tailored sessions based on their ability around the soccer ball to help close the gap and to improve them to the next level.
Training 4-10Sessions all about speed, precision, acceleration, accuracy, timing, and mastering their craft.
Training 11+By this point is all about learning how to control the soccer ball at high intensity level training sessions. Also at this point of the soccer training sessions the students will expect lots of drills and activities to help develop their confidence and soccer IQ and mental strength with lots of intensity training sessions.
Youth players
Working with kidsI adapt my lessons by bringing a lot of kid friendly soccer activities that are fun for them but still challenging so that they can grow their soccer skills and knowledge of the game.
Working with teenagersI adapt my lessons by bringing lots of real game soccer scenarios drills and activities so that they can improve over all their soccer talent/skills and be prepared for game day to execute at high levels.
What you need to bringWater, soccer cleats, soccer ball if you have one not required I have some extra ones, a Learning Mindset and lots of energy.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
