Beginner training plan

Your first lessonWe will start by getting familiar with the ball and improving your coordination with it. Through basic drills.

Lesson 11+Start working on the medium and long distance passes and incorporating shooting more and more into the sessions.

Lesson 4-10Keep mastering the basics of soccer to create a solid psychomotor base.

Your first lessonWe would evaluate your skills and start working to boost your strengths and improve your weaknesses according to your specific position on the field and characteristics as a player.

Lesson 2-3It would depend on how quickly you progress and adapt and if there are specific needs that must be addressed or if there are things that you want to work on.

Youth players

Working with kidsI focus on developing the love for the sport and movement, and depending on the level of the kid, I start working on some specific soccer skills that are key for their age group through fun activities and games.

Working with teenagersIt varies a lot depending on their levels, aspirations, and specific needs.
