Your first trainingGet to know the player, assess their current skill level, and identify strengths and areas for improvement. Introduce the fundamentals while keeping the session engaging.
Training 2-3Build on the first session with focused work on ball control, passing, dribbling, and shooting. Begin increasing the speed and difficulty of drills as the player progresses.
Training 4-10Progress into more game realistic training involving decision making, movement, speed, technique under pressure, and position-specific situations. Sessions will continue targeting the player's individual needs.
Training 11+Continue developing weaknesses while sharpening strengths through more advanced and challenging training. Sessions evolve with the player to create consistent, long-term improvement.
