Working with kidsI adapt training by keeping things fun, simple, and active. I use games to teach skills, give lots of encouragement, and adjust drills to match each child’s age and ability so they stay engaged and confident.
Working with teenagersI adapt training by challenging them with more advanced drills while keeping it positive and supportive. I focus on building both skills and confidence, tailoring sessions to their goals and encouraging teamwork, effort, and game awareness.
