Beginner training plan
Your first trainingFirst lessons will always be an initial assessment to see where they are at. I want to focus on the foundations of passing, dribbling, close control, agility, and stamina/cardio.
Training 2-3These lessons are focused on passing and agility. I introduce minimal mental exercises.
Training 4-10These lessons build off of passing by introducing close control, intelligent ball use through passing and dribbling, and minimal shooting.
Training 11+These lessons integrate all foundational skills into multi-task exercises aimed at integrating personal skills into the team picture.
What you need to bringA water bottle, cleats, shinguards! Bring a ball if you would like, but I have my own set we use.
What I can bringI have all equipment necessary for coaching, including a ball.

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking, as long as your lesson isn't in the next 24 hours. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
