Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson we will assess your skills so I can meet you exactly where you need to grow and feel confident in building your skills. We will focus mostly on ball placement on the foot.
Lesson 11+ You will be able to effectively carry a ball down the field, challenge and defeat defenders and place the ball right in the pocket. You will also learn to anticipate the movement of the field and how to be a player who operates one step ahead of your competition. A steady routine of athletic training which will carry over into feeling confident and strong in a variety of sport applications. Soccer is an incredible sport that will have positive impacts on mental health and general athletic adaptability.
Lesson 4-10We will build on skills using pressure of live guarding, and putting skills and tricks together in a live application on the field. We will also incorporate conditioning and stamina training as well as proper running form.
Lesson 2-3Based on the first session, I will build a plan. We will focus building drills and mastering of ball handling fundamentals.
What you need to bringShin guards, kleets and socks. Bring your own ball if you’d like!
