Beginner training plan
Your first trainingWe will start with the basic movements and drills.
Training 2-3We will start to progress the level of the trainings as you get better and more confident, by adding more technical drills.
Training 4-10Then we can work on final product and reputation, as that is the best way to learn.
Training 11+We will incorporate really game based drills and events.
