Beginner training plan
Your first trainingWe’ll start by getting to know each other and evaluating the player’s current skill level. We’ll focus on basic ball control, passing, movement, and confidence while creating a fun and positive learning environment. The goal is to build a strong foundation and set clear goals for future sessions.
Training 2-3Players will continue developing core skills such as dribbling, passing, receiving, and shooting. We’ll introduce simple game situations and focus on proper technique, coordination, and decision-making while keeping training engaging and enjoyable.
Training 4-10Training becomes more personalized based on the player’s goals and progress. We’ll work on technical development, game awareness, positioning, and confidence in match situations through challenging drills and small-sided games.
Training 11+Sessions are tailored to the player’s long-term development. We’ll continue refining technical skills, improving tactical understanding, and building the habits, confidence, and mindset needed to succeed both on and off the field.

Advanced training plan
Your first trainingWe’ll evaluate the player’s technical ability, decision-making, positioning, and overall game understanding. The session will identify strengths and areas for improvement while establishing clear performance goals. Training will be high-tempo and tailored to the player’s competitive level
Training 2-3Players can expect advanced technical work focused on speed of play, first touch, passing quality, finishing, and position-specific skills. We’ll introduce game-realistic scenarios that challenge decision-making under pressure and improve consistency.
Training 4-10Training becomes highly individualized based on the player’s goals. Sessions focus on tactical awareness, match analysis, advanced technical execution, athletic development, and performing effectively in competitive game situations.
Training 11+The focus shifts to maximizing performance and preparing players for the next level. Sessions emphasize elite habits, mental toughness, leadership, game intelligence, and position-specific development while continuously refining technical and tactical skills.

Youth players
Working with kidsWhen coaching young players, I focus on creating a positive, fun, and encouraging environment. I break skills into simple, easy-to-understand steps and use engaging drills that keep players active and motivated. My goal is to build confidence, develop strong fundamentals, and help each player enjoy the learning process while improving their soccer skills.

Working with teenagersWhen coaching teenagers, I focus on combining technical development with game understanding and accountability. Sessions are challenging, competitive, and tailored to the player’s goals, whether that’s making a school team, earning more playing time, or preparing for college soccer. I emphasize proper technique, decision-making, confidence, and a strong work ethic while creating an environment that pushes players to reach their full potential.

What you need to bringPlease bring soccer cleats, shin guards, plenty of water, and appropriate training attire. If you have your own soccer ball, bring it along, although I can provide one if needed. Goalkeepers should bring goalkeeper gloves if applicable. Most importantly, come ready to work hard, learn, and have fun!

What I can bringI provide cones, agility equipment, training bibs (when needed), and a variety of drills designed for each session. If goalkeepers are training, I can also provide goalkeeper-specific equipment. Sessions are customized based on the athlete's goals and available training space.
