Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI will make assessments of skills and progression in four fields that are ball control/ touch, speed and agility, passing and vision, and shooting / striking form. We will then pick and choose drills that push to expand and grow in each of those areas and have fun while we work hard!
Lesson 11+It’s only up from here! With a base knowledge known and so much growth already made, at 11+ sessions I will be looking to be your tool to assist you in whatever you feel you need work on.
Lesson 4-10Where the growth is made! This is where we witness the real progress and can take steps to growing more once mastery comes into play.
Lesson 2-3This is the hard bit! Get in the first couple of sessions and be super uncomfortable, push physically and mentally but get familiar with our developed routine and drills.
