Your first lessonIntroduction to the game, fun games to get engaged and enjoy the game.
Lesson 11+Improving coordination, skills, movements, and such.
Lesson 4-10All previous teachings, along with the game ( with a soccer ball)
Lesson 2-3Introduction to physical attributes like running and stepping properly, knowing how to breathe.
