About your soccer coach
My coaching blends technical expertise with a fun, encouraging approach, empowering players to excel on and off the field. I have extensive experience as a forward and as a defender, training players to go into every game with confidence and determination, and something they can take with them on a daily basis (self efficacy, self worth and discipline).

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI teach fundamentals, touching the ball in close proximity to teammates, passing, learning how to juggle, when to conserve energy and use your best energy. Getting familiar and confident with the ball and making it a part of you as a player.
Lesson 11+By this time, the player should exude more confidence and be very consistent and comfortable with their passing, dribbling, shooting and awareness of the field.
Lesson 4-10Building on passing, dribbling, shooting skills in fun ways that are not discouraging. Working on increasing and decreasing speeds, playing on the last defender (attacking), and using your best defensive tactics.
Lesson 2-3Building on the first lesson, simple fundamentals as building blocks to becoming more confident as a player. Will add shooting the ball, creative ways to confuse other players, working smarter not harder.

Lesson 11+Shooting, dribbling, one on one play, learning to play on the last defender. Becoming the best defender and goal scorer.
