Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI would approach the first lesson by introducing the basic skills, like dribbling, passing and shooting.
Lesson 11+I believe they could apply these skills in realistic game scenarios while also building consistency.
Lesson 4-10Through their 4-10 lesson they could expect to be better at dribbling, make cleaner passes and improve their shooting.
Lesson 2-3probably the same, dribbling, passing and shooting but at the same time improving their ball control.
