Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIntroducing my self, let the player introduce themself. We circle up together and pray. We always pray before practice or game day. And after. Show them the routine of warming up and it's stretches. That routine will be a pre warm up before every session. Or game. Put out a 20x20 cones square figure. Depending on the session size. Have each athlete with there own ball to drive around other players and myself for 2 min. Teaching them the basic of soccer. Trap, pass, shooting, dribble.
Lesson 11+Having and learning the basics of soccer locked down.
Lesson 4-10Understand the game of soccer and its aspects. Knowing that you must train how you play in the field. Every touch every movement precise.
Lesson 2-3With individual cone 2 yards apart. Skipping into fast pace running. Soccer is a continual change in speed and direction. Trapping 1 v 1 drills. And trapping 2v1 drill.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonIntroducing each other. Setting a goal and having a plan. Understanding that each session should be taken as a game day. Staying sharp and focus. Respect your teammates coach and your opponents.
Lesson 11+Reaching it's goal and walking into the pitch with confidence.
Lesson 4-10Gain of confidence and having precise judgement. Run 2 miles every Wednesday.
Lesson 2-32 touch juggling. 1 touch trap then shoot.
