Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIt will mainly be an assessment and introduction. I start introducing myself and tell more who I am and also want to know the athlete personally. I will do a basic physical assessment knowing how fit they are or there current athletic ability and make drills challenging but suitable for their skill age and difficulty. If beginner strictly basics and test there physical and give them basic drills.
Lesson 11+We will identify their strengths and weaknesses and we can have a long term plan and goal. We will create short term goals so they have something to aim for and long term we will have a plan to see what are they strong in and what we can do to push them forward to the next level.
Lesson 4-10I will teach them many different basics and fundamentals like passing, dribbling, speed balance, footwork, defending, decision making and shooting. I will already have a good understanding of where they are at and I will make a plan on how to go forward or to improve what they already now.
Lesson 2-3I will have a good idea of you physical abilities of the child and I will work on developing good habits and good practices. We will work on repetition and try to us it in different circumstances and give them experiences while learning and to see how well they can adopt and how they learn.

Advanced training plan
Your first lessonI will check on their basic skills and see where they are in the fundamentals. I will test to see they know basic knowledge and also see what they excel in and also develop them in other positions if that can help them with getting into club, school or maybe a college.
Lesson 11+We will work on replicating real game situations and force them to adapt and adjust their style they have in a game and make more specialized drills. I will make sure they are always challenged and stretch them creatively and mentally.
Lesson 4-10I will know what are their possible strengths and weaknesses. We will work on what can elevate them to play higher and work on weaknesses that can get them overlooked or can hinder their confidence. I will work on that and give them nuance and advance strategies that will get them ahead of all their competitors.
Lesson 2-3I will have a good level of what they may be good at. I will see if they are strong in other skills like passing, defending, first touch and shooting. I will also test and see there physical abilities and see what position they can do well in with conditioning and movement exercises.

Youth players
Working with kidsI help them develop the love of the game and have an optimistic mindset of dealing with challenges and show them how challenge can build confidence and training can be fun. They must love the game to be the best. And I will do many fun, challenging and creative drills to fall in love and encourage a friendly and supportive environment.

Working with teenagersWith teenagers it important to know their personalities and also they habits. I try to always be understanding and empathetic because around this age the game get more competitive and doubts, insecurities and feelings of possible inadequacies can hinder their confidence and can make or break them long term. I will teach them advanced strategies and more nuance drills because their mind is more developed and I can share more info for them to learn. I try to get them out of their shells and make them understand themselves and teach them what really make a good player and destroy any preconceived notion that are not helpful or harmful.

What you need to bringIdeally there own soccer gear. Cleats, athletic wear, shin guards or anything that they need to play. They can bring a ball. But if doesn’t have one give me notice so I can help accommodate.

What I can bringI will bring speed hurdles, cones, resistance band, ball pump and soccer balls. And extra small gear for training purposes.
