What you need to bringBasic Must-have:
- Size-appropriate soccer ball (size 4 for ages 8-12, size 5 for teens and adults)
- Training gear (soccer cleats, shin guards, soccer socks, and comfortable athletic wear)
- Water/other hydration fluids
- Sunscreen
Optional Add-ons
- Gear bag (helps keep everything organized)
- Agility ladder (helps improve footwork and speed)
- Ball pump (helps with ball inflation)
