Beginner training plan
Your first lessonMy first lesson would be to do some drills that allows me to understand what level the players are on.
Lesson 4-10Repetitions and increasing the difficulty of the drills with time.
Lesson 2-3We start working on the basics to improve as players
Youth players
Working with kidsI am more patient so I can help them understand and keep it simple and fun.
