Your first trainingFirst lesson is all about controlling the ball.

Training 2-3I begin to teach different skill moves and implement them in fun mini games to ensure retention and engagement.
Training 4-10Theses lessons are focused more on skills repetition and learning how to play through age-appropriate matches. Tend to add one new skill move every session.
Training 11+The player is able to demonstrate all the skill moves learned, score goals, control the ball, and most importantly have fun playing the game.
Youth players
Working with kidsI make lessons fun and engaging. Every skill taught is adapted to the player’s age and skill level.
Working with teenagersI’ve learned that making things more competitive has helped me be more successful when coaching teenagers. Not overly competitive, but enough to keep things interesting.
