About your soccer coach
Hi there!! My name is JQ Molgaard and I am a NCAA Division 2 soccer player at Southern Nazarene University. I am currently getting my degree in Exercise Science and plan on coaching after graduation. I have been training young athletes from ages 5-18 years of age for 4 years and absolutely love it! I want to help young soccer players succeed and do this through agility & speed training, working on technical skills, position specific drills, and game-like fitness.

Beginner training plan
Your first trainingI begin with assessing their first touches, passing ability, technical skills, and sprint mechanics.
Training 2-3In a 2nd or 3rd lesson a beginner can expect to continue working on basic skills that are the foundation of any soccer player.
Training 4-10Lessons 4-10, we can be working on developing more technical skills and mastering basic footwork. We will work on a variety of different passes, and enhance their speed and agility.
Training 11+Lessons 11 and up we will master game realistic drills and position specific as well. We will do drills in game speed and work on raising the intensity.
