I would have to add my little brother since I do teach him when ever we are at the park passing the ball and practicing for him to get better with his passing and defense since that what he was struggling with.

Your first lessonIs stretching the body and getting loose because playing tight and unprepared can cause muscle damage and longer recovery
Lesson 11+Know the player should know what he or she is capable of and just continue doing it until they get better from when they started.
Lesson 4-10How to shoot or aim on passes on time when one player is crossing the field and ready to score. Defense would be in this lesson as well and not to pay attention to their fancy tricks , it doesn’t work on everyone if you can do what I do to prevent it.
Lesson 2-3Controlling the ball without it going away from your feet and staying calm without rushing to loose the ball because an attacker is near coming
