Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson will be very introductory, depending on their skill level it could be something as simple as learning to pass a ball correctly.
Lesson 11+There’s no reason to make training more complex by adding more cones, just simply more intensity is all that’s needed, as you get better you will feel the intensity start to rise.
Lesson 4-10This is where we would be able to step up the training and add more pace and intensity into the training, adding a defender or more pressure.
Lesson 2-3Lessons 2-3 will still be introductory as no one improves drastically over only playing 2 or 3 times, it will take a lot of dedication and practice to get better although I have no doubt anyone can get better with enough training.
