About your soccer coach
I'm a youth soccer coach in the Omaha area with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and currently pursuing a Master's in Kinesiology & Sport Science with an emphasis in Coaching, Performance, and Sport Management. I hold U.S. Soccer D and USSF Licenses and am SafeSport certified. I've coached players from U4-U19 and have experience with UNK, Kearney Soccer Club, and currently Sporting Nebraska. My goal is to help players build confidence, develop their skills, and succeed on the pitch.

Beginner training plan
Your first trainingGoing over fundamentals such as passing, dribbling, shooting, and getting comfortable with movements on and off the ball.
Training 2-3A progress from the first session. Focusing on the same topic but with a challenge to help the player continue to grow and learn new solutions.
Training 4-10Adding in new challenge with the topics that the player has already learned this allows the player to understand the concept of the game and improve their skills and decision making.
Training 11+Improve skills and knowledge about the game since their first session
