Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFor beginners I like to play simple sharks and minnows.
Kids dribble ball in a designated circle.
Maintaining control while still keeping a steady dribble.
We then send a shark(defender) to try and kick the minnows out of the circle.
Lesson 11+We will start to combine and scrimmage and play new games
Lesson 4-10We can expect to learn to trap the ball and shooting properly will just be starting
Lesson 2-3We can expect to on passing and throwing the balls in.
Youth players
Working with kidsI try to base my lessons of not only individual but how an individual can contribute to a team atmosphere .
Working with teenagersI want to sharpen skills already developed, teach awareness for the next level
