Beginner training plan
Your first trainingI approach a first lesson with a beginning understanding what they already know and capable of.
Training 2-3Second and third lesson we start getting a little more specific on what they want to improve on wether that would be shooting, dribbling or whatever it is. This is where I choose the specific drills.
Training 4-10We work on the specific drills and go hard!
Training 11+Lessons eleven and up is where the student will master the skills and add any other effects wanted.
What you need to bringStudents need to bring their soccer cleats, and their water.
What I can bringI can bring soccer balls, cones, and ladders.
