Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first session is always to evaluate the player's level. See where you are currently and what you need to improve.
Lesson 11+Improve his skills, his technique, learn new things and put them into practice.
Lesson 4-10It depends on the player we can see some improvement in the technique.
Lesson 2-3Here we would start working on those skills that must be improved through the different exercises.
