Not that, he needs polishing but rather, that his talent is hidden in plain sight. His studying of European, South American and otherwise, eclectic, football tactics is very apparent when being trained by him. His football knowledge is extensive and of extreme value, especially somewhere like the United States. Being trained by Marcos is something to behold considering the dedication he brings on and off the pitch, a dedication to the sport and to his students.
