Your first lessonFirst les son I will like to see where we at in terms of : first touch, shooting, passing etc
Lesson 4-10Focus on the improvements that we have achieve and take everything to the next level in terms of pace and amount of exercise
Lesson 2-3Work in weakness with a main focus on that and also continue working with the areas that are not related directly to soccer ( speed,core, reactions, mental work)
