Beginner training plan
Your first lessonAs it become to beginners. My first lesson is to teach them how to properly dribble the ball. After will work on some passing. Headers. Inspect volleys where I’ll be throwing soccer ball and they have to kick up in the air to me

Youth players
Working with kidsTo adapt young kids first. I would changed size of how much running to less. Start easy with young. Help them with dribbling in shorter distance. Make games in size. Also arrange game where they play friendly with each other
Working with teenagersIncrease the load slowly with teens. So the teens know how to properly play soccer
What you need to bringWater cleats if they have. Otherwise sneakers shin guards. Long socks. For players planning training in goal keeper position. Please bring gloves for goalkeeping.
