Beginner training plan
Your first lessonMeet and greet followed by an all assessment session, to see their level of playing. This is important so that we can begin to design and tailor his/her next training session.
Lesson 11+Self confidence and now understanding the purpose of why personal private training session are set for, they are now mastering their four component od soccer technical, tactical, physical and the psychological aspect of playing the game.
Lesson 4-10Begin to see the difference in their technical and tactical skill-set, their IQ level and understanding of the game should be higher by now.
Lesson 2-3A tailor training session extrictly design to their needs, to start improving their ability to play the game.
