Beginner training plan
Your first lessonStart with the basics of passing and shooting and have the player understand the fundamentals of the ball and then move into practicing and getting the feel of dribbling as well as getting comfortable.
Lesson 11+To be more comfortable and maybe even more competitive and see a big difference in their game.
Lesson 4-10Become more confident with the techniques of shooting and passing and putting different pieces of information together while performing anything.
Lesson 2-3Expect to know more about what it takes for your body ti be effective on the field.
Youth players
Working with kidsWhen I work with kids I love to make it fun and entertaining as well as engaging so they kids can always look forward to playing the sport and building their love for it.
Working with teenagersWorking with teenagers it’s important to also have fun but always turn it up a notch with intensity to make them use to the competitive environment.
