Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson with a beginner would start out with the some technical work and habit building, then move into some cone drills along with passing to develop first touch/ first touch passing.
Lesson 11+Continue to develop spacial awareness on the field and positioning on your position and in game iq.
Lesson 4-10We can expect more advanced technical focus along with shooting drills but also drills that will engage your awareness on the field.
Lesson 2-3These lessons would be more fast paced passing as well as shooting drills.
Youth players
Working with kidsI will adapt my lessons with kids by gauging their skill level and developing these skills as well as developing new skills that are needed for in game use.
