Your first trainingI look to teach them the basics of passing and dribbling. To coordinate their feet and to get used to some athletic work such as sprinting and changing directions
Training 2-3More passing patterns and dribbling drills to help develop ball control
Training 4-10They can expect better control on the ball and the ability to use the inside of their foot as well as their weak foot
Training 11+They gain the ability to learn skills and practice them at a much faster pace as well as be able to master more technique quicker as they have nailed the basics
