I have been playing the sport competitively now for over 20 years, and have also spent the last couple of years coaching and training players of all age groups. My approach to training is largely focused on understanding the game and practical skills. Whether I am on my own, with a team, or coaching others, I always train to become a better player and, most importantly, have FUN.
