Sean helped me take my game to the next level. With his help through multiple sessions, I was able to take my level to the college game after high school. The drills he used were specifically catered to me and prepare me for situations I would see myself during the games. He helped me master my position technically and my game IQ. I’ve taken away more from Sean’s sessions than I have from most coaches I have had in the past. He helped get my game to a new height.

Lesson 4-10Advancing towards a higher level of technical skill work and physical work along with introducing more game specific drills.
Lesson 2-3Intermediate Technical Skill Work with introduction to physical work such as speed and agility drills
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonTechnical work combined with physical work, assessing the base level you are at and working from there.
Lesson 11+Focusing entirely on mastering the essentials to your position and sharpening turning your weaknesses into strengths.
