Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe start with an intro session to get a feel for your level—dribbling, passing, ball control, shooting, and movement. We begin identifying your strengths and weaknesses while setting clear goals for what we want to achieve.
Lesson 11+We lock in on the full picture. Every session is designed to push you further, refine all parts of your game, and make sure you’re confident and prepared in any scenario. We constantly reassess your progress to make sure we’re always moving forward.
Lesson 4-10We challenge everything—your touch, speed, awareness, and decision-making. We keep sharpening your strengths but also put you in uncomfortable situations to grow your weaker areas and test your limits.
Lesson 2-3We start building the basics and explore all aspects of your game. We pay close attention to how you move, react, and handle the ball to better understand where you naturally shine and where we need to focus more.
