Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI evaluate the technicality and understanding of the game. On the ball foots kills, passing, accuracy, basic soccer fundamentals
Lesson 11+We will circle back and work through skill sets and fundamental abilities worked on previously, ensuring continual growth and ability to maintain skill as we progress.
Lesson 4-10These lessons will hone in on specific fundamentals and complete many reps to create muscle memory and confidence in certain areas.
Lesson 2-3I will have evaluated their abilities and created a lesson plan that will begin to work on specific things lesson by lesson. We will begin working on one aspect at a time and slowly introduce more complex drills as capable.
Youth players
Working with kidsI tailor it to their current abilities and soccer understanding, slowly introducing new and achievable aspects of the game that both challenge and motivate them.
Working with teenagersI take the skill sets they’ve developed and work to become very efficient, reliable, and creative in those areas. Honing in on areas that have been learned but need additional work in.
