Your first trainingBall manipulation/ mastery. Getting a lot of touches with different parts of your feet to prepare for more advanced skills later on.
Training 2-3Types of dribbling. Using more advanced skills to beat defenders in 1 on 1 scenarios.
Training 4-10Shooting and passing. Using proper technique to strike a ball for both passing and shooting.
Training 11+Using everything we learned in previous lessons to build confidence and prepare for different game like scenarios.
Advanced training plan
Your first trainingGetting lots of touches on the ball to keep confidence and control high. Such as using different skills, change of direction, change of pace, and checking over shoulder to build good habits.
Training 2-3A lot of repetition lessons to be come sharp and prepared later on for when fitness comes into play when you have to dribble, pass, shoot, and cross.
Training 4-10Using what we learned in earlier lessons to implement more on and off ball fitness to help prepare for more realistic game scenarios.
