Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson, I provide a basic introduction how my session will look like.
Lesson 11+We work on more developed and skilled sessions with including psychology.
Lesson 4-10More in depth. Meaning, we focus on more behind the purpose of what we do in session. Making them think and utilize critical thinking.
Lesson 2-3Here we start to maneuver to more specific areas in which the athlete would like to work on as well as maintaining all other skills within.
