Beginner training plan
Your first lessonDiscovery : i will see first what is your level doing passes exercises / dribble / shooting etc and see what’s your physical condition
Depends of what you want, I will shape a program adapted to your expectations.

Lesson 11+Time to have fun through the hard work and to understand what are your strength & work on your weaknesses to be a complete player.
Classes are open to everybody from kids to senior (men/women) and my goal is to teach you my knowledge of soccer while having fun.
Lesson 4-10Time to increase frequency of exercises if needed and working regularly on accuracy & dribble.
Lesson 2-3All lessons starts with a warm up training to prevent injuries
Second lesson will be based on what we figured would be great to work on during the first one.
Mostly passes to work on accuracy and some juggling to learn how to control the ball.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonDiscovery : Checking what’s your level with simple tests to adapt next lessons. (Passes / Shoot / Defense skills/ Dribble/ Cardio)
Lesson 11+Now regularly training / we will change programs to improve strenghts and weaknesses.
work on speed / dribbling / controlling the ball / long pass to switch the game / how to protect the ball and how to gain power and game volume on the pitch.
My goal is to bring my knowledge while enjoying lessons and keep the good vibe is the most important even through the effort.
Lesson 4-10Keep improving strengths and weaknesses through exercises. Working left & right foot. Cardio exercises if needed. Dribble/ Control the ball/ Shoot.
Lesson 2-3Starts with an adapted plan based on what you want to improve. Specific Defense exercises / Attack / Goalkeeper.
Youth players
Working with kidsLearning while having fun is the key, we will do fun games playing with the ball but also exercises of proprioception to learn how to be stable and find the right gravity to have full control of the ball.
Parents are welcome to attend the training !
Working with teenagersHave fun : work on physical condition but also on how to develop skills.
