➕I have been playing soccer since early age. I played with my high school and college teams. After the graduration, i had a chance to play for a D3 team in Turkey for 2 years.
Beginner training plan
Your first lessonthe first couple of sessions, my priority is to understand the player’s current abilities and needs so I can design a training plan that’s just right for them.
Lesson 11+As the player grows in confidence and ability, we’ll gradually increase the challenge and focus on pushing their conditioning and skills to the next level, while incorporating game-like activities to cultivate instinct and decision-making under pressure.
Lesson 4-10we’ll work on fundamental skills such as ball control, balance, and conditioning.
Lesson 2-3We’ll start by building a strong foundation with core skills like ball control, balance, and overall conditioning.
What you need to bringWhile it’s not required but to create the sense of ownership, if the student can bring his/her soccer ball(s)
What I can bringI posses the required equipment to have successful training sessions, included but not limited, soccer balls, cones, goals, etc.
