Your first trainingUnderstand the players level to understand what they want, and build a program that strengthens their foundation and grows their skill set
Training 2-3Themed sessions that build upon the areas of growth. Improve technical, tactical, and speed of play through training with the simple to complex model used to challenge the player
Training 4-10Themed sessions with emphasis on technical development and speed of play through training.

Youth players
Working with kidsWork from simple to more complex. For kids I focus on fun activities that build soccer skills while boosting their agility, body coordination, and strength.
Working with teenagersFor teens the simple to complex methodology stays intact as I balance activities for an improved rate of success, then look to scale in intensity over time.
What you need to bringProper attire - shorts, cleats, turf shoes, sneakers, water, player bag to store their equipment
What I can bringBalls - size 4 or 5, cones, field dots, speed ladder, field stakes, Pugg goals, player bibs
