Your first lessonStart with simple touches like passing and dribbling

Lesson 11+The beginner should expect a lot more touches on the ball and get more comfortable with their movement all with the ball .

Lesson 4-10They should start seeing some positive improvement both from me and the student.

Lesson 2-3They should expect progress and high intensity training while having fun

Advanced training plan

Your first lessonI would start with some technical passing and receiving drills.

Lesson 11+They should expect their technical ability on the ball to increase.

Lesson 4-10By this point I want to work on dribbling, passing, turning and shooting at goal.

Lesson 2-3I want to continue working on passing and receiving at an increased level.I would like the student to start to get more comfortable facing the goal and having back turned to goal as well.
