• Conditioning & coordination
3️⃣ Technical Baseline (20 min)
• Ball mastery circuit
• Simple passing patterns
• Dribbling through cones
4️⃣ Standard Setting (10 min)
• Show what “game speed” feels like
• Short intense rounds
• Teach how to reset mentally
5️⃣ Reflection (5 min)
Benchmark to Advance:
• Can complete drills with control

Lesson 11+PHASE 4: PERFORMANCE & IDENTITY
(Lessons 11+)
This is elite habit formation.

Develop player identity and consistency.
Focus Areas:
• Position-specific mastery
• Match scenarios
• Mental resilience
• Leadership & confidence
• Self-directed improvement
Session Style:
• Less instruction, more challenge
• High-intensity game scenarios
• Player-led decisions
Coaching Style:
• Refine, not rebuild
• Hold high standards
• Push comfort zones
Player Expectations:
• Self-motivated
• Knows their strengths
• Accepts criticism
• Leads by example
Benchmarks:
• Applies training to matches
• Plays with confidence
• Trains with purpose
• Thinks ahead of play
Lesson 4-10PHASE 3: GAME APPLICATION
(Lessons 4–10)
This is where players separate.
🎯 Goal:
Translate technique into game actions.
Focus Areas:
• Dribbling under pressure
• 1v1 decision-making
• Passing on the move
• Scanning & body shape
• Position-specific actions
Session Structure:
• Game-realistic warm-up
• Decision-based drills
• Reaction & pressure scenarios
• Finish with competition
Coaching Style:
• Ask questions:
“Why did you choose that?”
• Faster pace
• Fewer stops, more flow
Player Expectations:
• Arrive ready
• Recall previous lessons
• Apply corrections without reminders
Benchmarks:
• Makes better decisions under pressure
• Reacts faster
• Shows confidence on the ball
