Your first lessonThe first lesson, we will sit down and have a conversation about the goals that you wanna set and what is it specifically that you wanna get out of this time of instruction.
Lesson 4-10These lessons can include how to become a slap hitter, proper Bunning technique ,advanced defensive techniques and how to properly slide.
Lesson 2-3We will begin to build fundamentals.The proper grip for throwing, the proper movement of feet and hand position for catching, the proper stance for hitting, how to run n the bases.And as important as the physical fundamentals will be the mental preparation, it takes to play at your highest level.
