Coach Gullo has helped Delaney not only grow as a softball player but as a person. his emphasis on the mental game is something that we have never heard before. How to breathe properly and allowing your breathing to increase your focus and ability not to be distracted by outside influences. Delaney would not be as good of a softball player today if she had not received training from Coach Gullo. I could not give him a stronger recommendation. He’s the best.

Coach Gullo has helped me with my confidence. My self-esteem was not good before I began training with him and then during the training I noticed how I was able to simply believe in myself more and what I was capable of doing. Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson, we will sit down and have a conversation about the goals that you wanna set and what is it specifically that you wanna get out of this time of instruction.
Lesson 4-10These lessons can include how to become a slap hitter, proper Bunning technique ,advanced defensive techniques and how to properly slide.
Lesson 2-3We will begin to build fundamentals.The proper grip for throwing, the proper movement of feet and hand position for catching, the proper stance for hitting, how to run n the bases.And as important as the physical fundamentals will be the mental preparation, it takes to play at your highest level.
